I've updated info for the new session beginning January 12, 2021, including seating charts and new members. I'm not aware of any leadership changes. Dr. Blazer (talk) 01:06, 13 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

South Carolina has gone through some interesting changes in how districting works. This makes it so that the chain of succession of district representation isn't always as straight-forward, especially after a redistricting process has occurred. It would be nice if we could write a section and/or a page about these changes over time TokenByToken (talk) 17:11, 30 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Good point - I have been working on making sure that the info boxes for all South Carolina General Assembly persons has a predecessor and a successor, when applicable. It gets a little tricky when redistricting has flipped people other districts. I'm still working on how to show that correctly in the info box.
