What is defined as a horse culture: what to include and exclude.
What qualifies as horse culture? You can go quite pedantic and define almost anything as culture, but I would argue that for this article it is: a country/ethnic group that still exists with a culture that centres around horses and where horses play a main role traditionally into the modern day, but with modifications due to modern life (for example Mongolia).
Article is likely to have some overlap with other articles that might be the main article. For example:
Horses in the United States (there are also a bunch of specific articles or section on tribes and indigenous nations and their horse culture that should be thought about and included/mentioned/linked etc.), History of the horse in the Indian subcontinent, History of the horse in Britain, Bankura horse, Horses in Iran, Horses in Morocco, Horses in Greece, Horses in Normandy, Horses in Saudi Arabia, Horses in Denmark, Horses in Russia, Horses in Germany, Horses in Botswana, Horses in Togo, Horses in Sudan, Horses in Jamaica, Sama-Bajau#Horse culture, etc.
Would like other people's opinion on this. AnnaF1141416 (talk) 15:06, 11 August 2025 (UTC)
