A previous version of this page listed students' names under the "sports" section. This must be avoided at all times unless these students later went on to play professionally and have their own Wikipedia page. Other examples would be for alumni or those who have since graduated from high school; then these students can be listed by name in the article. I will provide an example of an appropriate sentence regarding K-12 athletics:

"The Briarwood School was home to the only four-time male cross country individual winner in TAPPS history from 1994 to 2024 until a senior at San Angelo's Cornerstone Christian School matched the feat at the 2024 TAPPS 1A Boys Cross Country State Meet."
