School Assess
Really need some references that are not from the school. The BBC one is fine. Any pics? Can someone google some more? Victuallers 08:45, 4 May 2007 (UTC)

I see its here and we are invited to discuss. But where is the person who added the tag? Victuallers 08:45, 4 May 2007 (UTC)
Removed section on "Controvesy"
I feel that the source which was given, [1] didn't confirm the contents of the section, and removed the section as being potentially untrue, Please comment PhilB ~ T/C 20:32, 8 November 2007 (UTC)
- You're right that it did not confirm the details, which were unnecessary to the context of the issue. I've added it in using the source as a ref, without the "eye-witness" type details that can not be verified. Ariel♥Gold 20:52, 8 November 2007 (UTC)
Is it really true that 97% of GCSE results are at A* or A? Seems unbelievable for a non-selective school — Preceding unsigned comment added by 188.95.129.100 (talk) 15:02, 14 March 2013 (UTC)
- Agreed its dubious and unsourced. Ive removed the line. Bleaney (talk) 18:26, 14 March 2013 (UTC)
Semi-protected edit request on 31 January 2026
Vernon Coaker was not head of history, he came to the school as head of the newly-established Social Education department, and remained in that role until he left. ~2026-69024-1 (talk) 21:40, 31 January 2026 (UTC)
Done Well. This article hasn't seen an edit since September 2025, and the source used for Mr. Coaker is considered generally unreliable via WP:RSP. In lieu of a better source, and given this edit request inherently means the information is contested, I'll be removing the bullet. As that empties the section, I've also removed the section. —Sirdog (talk) 01:43, 1 February 2026 (UTC)
