I am concerned about the capitalization of the alphabet I in the word 'Islands' in the title as well as the context. I wonder if it is correct to use capital I, considering that ABC Islands is a common name given to three islands. I'd compare it to ABC islands (Lesser Antilles) which has a smaller 'i' in the word islands. It'd be great to see User:MusikAnimal helping out. Thanks!! I'd just go off of whatever the sources say, though in this case they don't seem to mention "ABC islands" at all, case-insensitive. No opposition if you want to move it, but if it were up to me I'd leave it as-is (WP:RETAIN-like mentality). Readers will be able to find the article, which is the important part. — MusikAnimaltalk22:07, 30 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Comment ABC islands is an example of bad English grammar. If these three islands are collectively known as the ABC Islands, then the word becomes a Proper Noun, proper nouns should always be capitalized. The same can be said for the SSS Islands and the BES Islands. Xindeho (talk) 09:43, 4 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
