Lehôtka pod Brehmi (Hungarian: Apáthegyalja) is a village and municipality in Žiar nad Hronom District in the Banská Bystrica Region of central Slovakia.

The municipality lies at an altitude of 251 metres (823 ft)^[3] and covers an area of 4.68 km² (1.81 sq mi) (2024).^[4]

It has a population of 397 people (31 December 2024).^[6]

In year 2021 was 396 people by ethnicity 359 as Slovak, 34 as Not found out, 12 as Romani, 1 as Czech, 1 as Polish and 1 as Hungarian.
