The 2026 Wisconsin fall general election will take place in the U.S. state of Wisconsin on November 3, 2026. All of Wisconsin's partisan executive and administrative offices will be up for election, as well as all of Wisconsin's eight seats in the U.S. House of Representatives. The fall election will also fill the seventeen odd-numbered seats in the Wisconsin Senate and all 99 seats in the Wisconsin State Assembly for the 108th Wisconsin Legislature. The 2026 Wisconsin fall primary will take place on August 11, 2026.
The 2026 Wisconsin spring election will take place on April 7, 2026. One seat on the Wisconsin Supreme Court, as well as various nonpartisan local and judicial offices will be up for election. The 2026 spring primary will take place on February 17, 2026.

State offices
Executive
All of Wisconsin's partisan executive offices will be up for election in November 2026 with partisan primaries held on August 11.
Governor
Incumbent Democratic governor Tony Evers, first elected in 2018, has announced that he will not run for re-election. This will be the first open seat gubernatorial election in Wisconsin since 2010.
Lieutenant governor
Incumbent Democratic lieutenant governor Sara Rodriguez, first elected in 2022, has announced that she will not run for re-election as lieutenant governor, and will instead seek the Democratic nomination for governor.
Attorney general
Incumbent Democratic attorney general Josh Kaul, first elected in 2018, is running for a third four year term.
Secretary of state
Incumbent Democratic secretary of state Sarah Godlewski, first appointed in 2023, is eligible to run for a full four year term, but will not do so. This will be the first open seat secretary of state election in Wisconsin since 1978.
Treasurer
Incumbent Republican state treasurer John Leiber, first elected in 2022, is running for re-election.

Judiciary
State Supreme Court
A regularly scheduled Wisconsin Supreme Court election will be on the ballot for the spring general election, April 7, 2026, for a ten-year term on the court. The incumbent justice, Rebecca Bradley, is not running for re-election.[29] Two candidates have declared for this race, Wisconsin Court of Appeals judges Chris Taylor, of Dane County, and Maria S. Lazar, of Waukesha County.
State Court of Appeals
Three seats on the Wisconsin Court of Appeals will be on the ballot for the Spring general election, April 7, 2026.
- In District I, incumbent judge Joe Donald is running for a second six-year term unopposed. He was appointed to the court by Governor Tony Evers in 2019 and won election in 2020 without opposition.
- In District II, incumbent judge Lisa Neubauer will not seek a fourth six-year term. She was appointed to the court by Governor Jim Doyle in January 2008, won election that Spring, won re-election without opposition in 2014, and defeated a challenger in 2020. Conservative attorney Anthony Loccoco is running unopposed for this seat. Administrative law judge Christine Hansen sought to run, but was disqualified by the Wisconsin Elections Commission because her nomination forms were notarized by her husband, making the notarization voidable under Wisconsin law.[30]
- In District IV, incumbent judge Rachel A. Graham is running for a second six-year term unopposed. She was appointed to the court by Governor Tony Evers in 2019 and won election in 2020 without opposition.
State circuit courts
Twenty six of the state's 261 circuit court seats will be on the ballot for the general election on April 7, 2026. Only six seats will see a contested election; four incumbent judges are facing a challenger.[31]
- In Dane County's branch 1 race, incumbent judge Benjamin Jones faces a challenge from immigration law advocate Huma Ahsan. Attorney Nathan Wagner was eliminated in the primary.[32]
- In the Florence & Forest county race, incumbent district attorney Alex Seifert and attorney Robert A. Kennedy Jr. will compete for the seat being vacated by the retirement of judge Leon D. Stenz.
- In Marathon County's branch 3 race, attorneys Douglas Bauman and Michael D. Hughes will compete for the seat being vacated by the retirement of judge Lamont K. Jacobson.
- In Washburn County, incumbent judge Angeline E. Winton-Roe faces a challenge from incumbent district attorney Aaron B. Marcoux.
- In Washington County's branch 2 race, incumbent judge Gordon Leech faces a challenge from assistant district attorney Grant Scaife.
- In Wood County's branch 3 race, incumbent judge Emily Nolan-Plutchak faces a challenge from former Langlade County district attorney Elizabeth Gebert.

A regularly scheduled mayoral election will be held in De Pere, Wisconsin, concurrent with the general election on April 7, 2026. Incumbent mayor James Boyd is running for re-election unopposed.[34]
Kenosha County
Kenosha County Executive
A regularly scheduled election will be held in Kenosha County, concurrent with the general election on April 7, 2026. Incumbent county executive Samantha Kerkman is running for re-election unopposed.[35]
Manitowoc County
Manitowoc County Executive
A regularly scheduled election will be held in Manitowoc County, concurrent with the general election on April 7, 2026. Incumbent county executive Bob Ziegelbauer declined to seek re-election.[36] Chairman of the Manitowoc County Board Tyler Martell is running unopposed for the office.[37]
Waukesha County
Delafield Mayor
A regularly scheduled mayoral election will be held in Delafield, Wisconsin, concurrent with the general election on April 7, 2026. Incumbent mayor, Tim Aicher, is running for re-election. He will face businessman Aaron Werner in the general election.[38]
Muskego Mayor
A regularly scheduled mayoral election will be held in Muskego, Wisconsin, concurrent with the general election on April 7, 2026. Incumbent mayor, Rick Petfalski, is running for re-election. He will face former mayor Kathy Chiaverotti in the general election.[38]
Oconomowoc Mayor
A regularly scheduled mayoral election will be held in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin, concurrent with the general election on April 7, 2026. Incumbent mayor Robert Magnus is not seeking re-election. City councilmembers Matthew Rosek and Karen Spiegelberg will face off in the general election.[38]
Waukesha Mayor
A regularly scheduled mayoral election will be held in Waukesha, Wisconsin, concurrent with the general election on April 7, 2026. Incumbent mayor Shawn Reilly, first elected in 2014, is not seeking re-election. Incumbent state representative Scott Allen will face city council president Alicia Halvensleben in the general election.[39][40][38]
Winnebago County
Neenah Mayor
A regularly scheduled mayoral election will be held in Neenah, Wisconsin, concurrent with the general election on April 7, 2026. Incumbent mayor Jane Lang will not seek re-election.[41] Two candidates are running to succeed Lang, policy consultant Scott Becher and educator Brian Borchardt.[42]
