Štiavnička (Hungarian: Kisselmec) is a village and municipality in Ružomberok District in the Žilina Region of northern Slovakia.^{[citation needed]}

In historical records the village was first mentioned in 1505.^{[citation needed]}

The municipality lies at an altitude of 513 metres (1,683 ft)^[3] and covers an area of 1.91 km² (0.74 sq mi) (2024).^[4]

It has a population of 918 people (31 December 2024).^[6]

In year 2021 was 869 people by ethnicity 849 as Slovak, 12 as Not found out, 6 as German, 4 as Hungarian, 3 as Czech, 3 as Other, 1 as Ukrainian, 1 as Italian, 1 as Romani, 1 as Polish, 1 as Iranian, 1 as Croatian and 1 as Albanian.
