Čereňany (Hungarian: Cserenye) is a village and municipality in Prievidza District in the Trenčín Region of western Slovakia.
History
In historical records the village was first mentioned in 1329.
Geography
The municipality lies at an altitude of 258 metres (846 ft)[3] and covers an area of 18.98 km2 (7.33 sq mi) (2024).[4]
