Given that the same has happened to Saint Kitts and Nevis's corresponding article, I presume that the same may now happen to that of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines? After all, unlike KN, information on SV's parishes are scant, with their Statistical Office not even offering parish-level demographic data. My take on Parishes of Saint Kitts and Nevis was simple, as I am very detached from the subject (the article had popped up on WP:NPP).:

1. The text is very close to the section
2. The article was already merged into the mother one
3. it was recreated with essentially the same text

So, the natural action is to redirect again. This simplifies maintenance (one copy to support) and does not inconvenience the reader (redirect). I did not study the Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, so I have no definite opinion in this case. Based upon a cursory look, I will support you if you decide to merge. Yes, Parishes of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines should be redirected to Saint Vincent and the Grenadines#Administrative divisions, which is it simply duplicates. Looking at the individual parish articles and a quick Google search, there doesn't appear to be much substance to be said about these administrative divisions (e.g. no local government), so a separate page is not warranted.
