English: Dalton park is a shopping centre built on the site of the former Murton Colliery spoil heaps, specialising in 'outlet' stores which sell branded goods at discounted prices. The image shows part of the original development, opened in 2003. In 2015 a second phase including a cinema and chain restaurants was built. The development also contains landscaped areas of the old spoil heaps.
