• Hong Kong TV and Film Publication Database: An online database developed by Hong Kong Baptist University that collects TV and film publications from the era of British Hong Kong.
• The Ultimate Guide to Hong Kong Film Directors: A directory published by the Hong Kong Film Directors' Guild and supported by the Hong Kong government, which documents the biographies of Hong Kong film directors from 1914 to 2013. It is unanimously regarded as a generally reliable source according to editors' consensus on Chinese Wikipedia, see WP:HKRS#UGHKFD.
• Film Pilgrimage: A website featuring interviews with filmmakers and research on filming locations, run by film historian Gary Wong.
• Hong Kong Film Critics Society Archive: The official website of the Hong Kong Film Critics Society, documenting film reviews written by its members from 1994 to the present.
• Sino-Cinema.com: A film review website run by former Variety resident critic Derek Elley.

• Hong Kong Movie Database: An IMDb-like bilingual database about Hong Kong cinema. It is unanimously regarded as a generally unreliable source according to editors' consensus on Chinese Wikipedia due to being self-published and lacks editorial oversight, see WP:HKRS#HKMDB. It is advisable to only use it for reference and avoid citing it directly as a source.
