The owner of this winery owns the business name Forest Hill Vineyard (see ASIC search here) and the business name Forest Hill Wines (see ASIC search here). I have chosen the former name as the name of the article mainly because it is the name used on the wine labels, but the latter name is also commonly used, eg as part of the website URL.
