Summary

Description
English: Setts or Belgian blocks (technically not "cobblestones") visible beneath poorly maintained asphalt in New Bedford, Massachusetts. To whom it may concern, I took this picture myself for the intended purpose of improving the cobblestones article by giving a visual example of a phenomenon described therein.
