Saksa kaitseminister Boris Pistorius andis tänasel 12. veebruari NATO kaitseministrite kohtumisel mõista, et Läänel pole enam relvi, mida Ukrainale anda.
Ta ütles, et raha on ainus asi, mida veel anda saab.
