User:2.219.248.118, who is currently blocked has two sockpuppets. 95.151.233.238 and 5.68.243.249, the last one of which is currently active. The modus operandum of this user is disruptive Francophobia. Which is fairly easy to recognise. Removing or replacing French geographical names and disparaging the French nature of things and people. Also repeatedly replacing archived material. Some examples here: dif, dif and further, archive, here and almost identical here. A similar exchange can be seen on the Noyon article.
