The result of the discussion was speedy deleted as nonsense, no context, no meaningful content. The fact that "nonsense" and "no meaningful content" are listed as speedy criteria for articles but not for portals, does not mean that we will retain portals that are nonsense and have no meaningful content. It means that no one ever envisioned that someone would create that sort of a portal, because portals are usually created by reasonably experienced editors. I'm not sure what this is supposed to be, but it sure as heck isn't a portal. Zetawoof(ζ) 08:34, 20 November 2009 (UTC)
- Delete, if possible, speedily Complete nonsense. --Katerenka (talk) 08:42, 20 November 2009 (UTC)
- Delete - It would appear this "portals" creator was only using the page to experiment with bots. -Marcusmax(speak) 04:17, 21 November 2009 (UTC)
- Delete, possibly speedy delete as lacking content (A3), and context (A1). John Carter (talk) 20:43, 21 November 2009 (UTC)
- Comment John, those criteria might apply if this was an article. But this is a portal, so the only applicable criteria are the general ones and the portal ones. Speaking of which, does anyone think CSD P2 applies here? A Stop at Willoughby (talk) 06:19, 22 November 2009 (UTC)
- Sadly, I'm not sure it qualifies as P2, as its subject (The Addams Family) consists of quite a few more than three articles ({{The Addams Family}} lists 29). Zetawoof(ζ) 09:48, 22 November 2009 (UTC)
- That was my assessment as well, but I wanted another set of eyes to confirm. In my opinion, P1 doesn't apply either because while this page would be subject to speedy deletion as an article, this topic would not. I also don't really see any of the general criteria applying, so I guess we'll just wait for this MfD to expire. A Stop at Willoughby (talk) 17:13, 22 November 2009 (UTC)
- Delete Because, well, it's not a portal and contains no substantive content. A Stop at Willoughby (talk) 06:19, 22 November 2009 (UTC)
