Megadontomys is a genus of rodent in the family Cricetidae,[1] found in Mexico. It contains the following species:
- Oaxaca giant deer mouse (Megadontomys cryophilus)
- Nelson's giant deer mouse (Megadontomys nelsoni)
- Thomas's giant deer mouse (Megadontomys thomasi)
