Saint-André-du-Lac-Saint-Jean (French pronunciation: [sɛ̃ ɑ̃dʁe dy lak sɛ̃ ʒɑ̃]) is a village municipality, in Le Domaine-du-Roy Regional County Municipality, in Quebec, in Canada.

In the 2021 Census of Population conducted by Statistics Canada, Saint-André-du-Lac-Saint-Jean had a population of 453 living in 208 of its 231 total private dwellings, a change of -3% from its 2016 population of 467. With a land area of 145.43 km2 (56.15 sq mi), it had a population density of 3.1/km2 (8.1/sq mi) in 2021.[4]
