Męcinka [mɛnˈt͡ɕinka] (German: Herrmannsdorf) is a village in Jawor County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland.[1] It is the seat of the administrative district (gmina) called Gmina Męcinka. It lies approximately 7 km (4 mi) west of Jawor and 67 km (42 mi) west of the regional capital Wrocław.

During Prussian and later German rule, the village was known as Herrmannsdorf.[2] Polish-American anti-communist Jozef Mlot-Mroz was born in the village in 1921.
