Dylan Bachelet (born 2004)[1] is a British pastry chef and fashion influencer.[2]
Early life and education
Bachelet grew up in Milton Keynes. His mother is Indian of Gujarati descent, and his father is Japanese–Belgian.[3][4]
Bachelet attended Sir Henry Floyd Grammar School.[5] He achieved four A*s at A-level and started a degree in biomedical engineering before dropping out to pursue a culinary career. Bachelet trained at Raymond Blanc's two Michelin starred Le Manoir in Oxfordshire.[2]
Career
Bachelet finished as one of runners-up in the fifteenth series of The Great British Bake Off at age 20[6][7] and was thereafter recruited to be a chef de partie at the Michelin-starred Five Fields in Chelsea, London.[8][9][10]
