• Mystery Box Challenge: The contestants open a mystery box to find ingredients from the Harappan Civilization. Also, the contestants were not allowed to use electrical equipment as well. This was the first challenge for the immunity pin.

• In the second challenge for immunity pin, The contestants get eggs as their core ingredients and have to use them in 2 rounds.
• Round 1: In the first round, the contestants have to make a perfect meringue. The last 3 who finish the challenge will get a disadvantage and the first contestant to finish will get an advantage. From the previous day's challenge, Since Nikki's dish was the top dish, She got the advantage that she could choose 2 contestants to delay their cooking for 2 minutes. Nikki chose Dipika and Rajiv

• Round 2: The contestants will have to make a dish with eggs within 45 minutes. The contestant whose dish will be the weakest will be eliminated from the immunity pin race. Faisal uses his advantage on Chandan and He had to pause his cooking.

• For the third challenge for the immunity pin, 5 pairs were made: Dipika and Tejasswi, Rajiv and Faisal, Nikki and Gaurav, Archana and Usha, Kabita and Abhijeet.
• Round 1: Each pair was given an Indian state and a foreign country and they had to make a welcome drink that combined both the ingredients from the above stated. The pair who makes the weakest drink will be eliminated from the immunity pin race.
• Round 1 Top Drink: Usha Nadkarni and Archana Gautam
• Result: Kabita Singh and Abhijeet Sawant made the weakest drink and were eliminated from the immunity race.

• Round 2: The pairs had to make 2 separate dishes combining both, the Indian state and the foreign country assigned to them. During the tasting, only one dish amongst the two can be brought to be judged.
• Result: Usha Nadkarni and Archana Gautam made the weakest dish and were eliminated from the immunity pin race.

• Chef Vikas Replication Challenge: Remaining six celebrities had to replicate the dish by Chef Vikas, called 'Brahmand' lit. Universe.
• Top Dishes: Dipika Kakkar Ibrahim, Tejasswi Prakash and Gaurav Khanna.
• Result: Dipika won the immunity pin challenge and was granted the same.

• Celebrities had to prepare one dish in 70 minutes that depicts a precious memory of their life.

• Guest Chef Kunal Kapur introduces a challenge in which contestants must use seasonal winter ingredients to create a dish in 55 minutes, with 5 minutes of pantry time. A twist was introduced to incorporate liquid nitrogen in the dish and during tasting only 7 of the 11 dishes would be tasted. Also, Chandan being the previous episode's winner was allowed to call Kunal Kapur for help for 5 minutes.

• Celebrities had to work in teams in a restaurant to serve 15 notable guests, from news and previous seasons' winners and runners-up. The team that impresses the guests will be immune and the other team will take part in the First Black-Apron Challenge and the person who makes the best dish of the day will receive a power card.
• The last challenge's winners Kabita and Tejasswi were the captains of the pink and blue teams respectively.

• The best dish belonged to Faisal and Abhijeet from the Pink Team and they won a Veeba power card.

• The power card holders, Faisal and Abhijeet got an advantage in that they could save one contestant from the losing team. They chose Usha and she became immune from the elimination challenge
• Elimination Challenge: The remaining 4 contestants, Gaurav, Tejasswi, Chandan, and Nikki had to make a dish with the types of chilies as the main ingredient.
• Bottom 2 Dishes: Tejasswi Prakash, Chandan Prabhakar
• Eliminated: Chandan Prabhakar

Each contestant was given a cloche containing a liquid item with which the contestants had to make a solid dish. The contestant who made the weakest dish will directly go to the Black Apron Challenge.

• Since Dipika's dish was the lowest of the bottom three dishes, she was immediately given the black apron for Friday's elimination pressure test and could no longer participate in this week's challenges.

As Faisal won the last challenge, he had the advantage to be and captain and pick the captain of the other team amongst Gaurav and Nikki, where he chose Nikki.

• Each team had to cook a dish made of three star ingredients given by the judges and the host.
• Only 2 people could cook at a time, and every fifteen minutes, they had to swap their places.

• In continuation from the previous episode, the Red Team won the challenge and was immune from elimination this week, while the Green Team had to participate in other challenges this week.

• The Green Team had to prepare a dish with a minimum of 5 ingredients from the Golden Mystery Box, which contained expensive ingredients from around the world. The winner will be exempted from the Black Apron Challenge for this week.

• Guest Chef Pooja Dhingra introduces a challenge in which contestants participating in the Black Apron Challenge had to replicate a French dessert Croquembouche within 2 hours. During the challenge, Dipika used her immunity pin & got immune from elimination mid-way.

• Contestants must make a dish related to an Indian festival. In the middle of the challenge, The judges gave a twist that those who were making a sweet dish had to include a savory element and vice-versa. The winner of this challenge will get an advantage while the bottom 2 dishes will get a disadvantage

• The chefs reveal a surprise mini-challenge before the main event, where home cooks must team up and compete in pairs.
• Pairs: Dipika & Usha, Nikki & Archana, Gaurav & Tejasswi, Faisal & Ayesha, Rajiv & Kabita
• Mini Challenge: One contestant from each pair had to take part in the challenge. In this challenge, 50 food items will be given and The contestants will be blindfolded and had to guess the given ingredient by touch, smell, and taste. Dipika won the Mini Challenge and was allowed to pick up any item as their core ingredient while the other contestants were given the ingredient which they failed to recognize.
• Main Challenge (Blind Wall Challenge): The pairs had to make 2 dishes, each should be identical in taste, innovation, and presentation. The contestants were not allowed to see each other but they could communicate during the entire challenge
• In the middle of the challenge, The judges introduced a twist that the contestants will have to use Oven during the cooking
• Since Nikki and Archana's dishes were the weakest, they were given a disadvantage that they cannot communicate with each other for 10 minutes.
• Since Usha's dish was the best, she and Dipika were allowed to open the partition for 5 minutes and help each other out.

• From the previous challenge, Nikki and Archana were given the advantage in that they could form teams

• Chef Ranveer gave the captains an envelope each. The Red Team got Korean in their envelope, and the Yellow Team got Mexican in theirs. The teams will have to make dishes related to the cuisines given to them and sell them to the people in the cinemas.
• In the middle of the challenge, A twist was introduced that Nikki and Archana also will join the challenge with Nikki joining the Yellow Team and Archana joining the Red Team.

• The winning captain from the previous challenge, i.e. Gaurav was given the advantage to save anyone from the Red Team from the elimination challenge. He saved Usha and she became immune from the elimination
• The remaining 3 contestants, Faisu, Dipika, and Ayesha were given 3 proteins and 3 pastes. Faisu got Mutton and Rogan Josh paste, Dipika got Fish and Shorshe Bata, and Ayesha got Chicken and Assamese Black Sesame Paste. All 3 will have to make a dish combining both protein and paste.

• The contestants got a 2nd chance to win the Immunity Pin. There were 2 rounds.
• Round 1: The contestants had to chop Onions finely and The first to get 500gm of Chopped Onions will get an advantage and the Bottom 2 contestants will be eliminated from the Immunity Pin Challenge

• Round 1 Bottom Contestants: Usha Nadkarni and Kabita Singh were eliminated from the immunity pin challenge
• Round 2: The remaining contestants had to make a dish inspired by Farah Khan's famous Roast Chicken in 75 minutes. Rajiv got an additional 5-minute advantage and had to choose 2 contestants who would start at 70 minutes. He chose Nikki and Archana. The best dish would get the immunity pin
• Round 2 Top Dishes: Tejasswi Prakash, Nikki Tamboli
• Result: Nikki won the immunity pin challenge and was granted the same.

• Round 1: The contestants will have to make 3 different types of stuffed pasta of 3 different colors in 20 minutes. The winner of this challenge will get an advantage.
• Round 1 Winner: Gaurav Khanna
• Round 2: The contestants will have to pick a color from the Italy Flag and have to make a dish related to that color. Usha, Nikki, and Archana chose Red; Gaurav, Tejasswi, Dipika and Kabita chose White; Rajiv and Faisu chose green. Gaurav got an advantage in that he was allowed to call Chef Ranveer for help for 10 minutes. The weakest dish will directly go to the Black Apron Challenge.

• As a result, Archana was given the black apron and straightaway went to the Black Apron Challenge.

• This was a tag team challenge. Since Tejasswi's dish was the best in the last challenge, She could choose her partner, and The judges would make the remaining pairs
• The pairs were: Tejasswi and Nikki; Rajiv and Usha; Dipika and Faisu; Gaurav and Kabita
• In this challenge, The pairs must make a healthy dish. During the challenge, One contestant from each pair will have to cycle using the exercise cycle and the other contestant will have to cook. If the contestant stops cycling, the gas will not work. After a certain period, The contestants will have to switch their positions. The bottom 2 pairs will go to the Black Apron Challenge

• The judges introduced a twist that the pairs should make a healthy dessert as well and told that both the contestants of each pair can work together now
• Top 2 Pairs: Rajiv and Usha, Nikki and Tejasswi
• Bottom 2 Pairs: Gaurav and Kabita, Faisu and Dipika

• From the previous challenge, Dipika has been hospitalized due to health issues and won't be able to participate in the Black Apron Challenge.
• Immediately after the previous challenge, The judges announced that the Black Apron Challenge would start now and the remaining 4 contestants will have to make a dish that involves overnight techniques. The judges announced that this would be a double-elimination challenge.
• Chef Romy Gill gives some envelopes to the remaining 4 contestants: Gaurav, Kabita, Archana, and Faisu. Each envelope contains an overnight technique such as fermentation, confit, and slow cooking.
• The contestants will get 30 minutes for preparation and must collect all ingredients from the pantry on the previous day only as the pantry will be closed for the next day. After 30 mins, they will have to leave the kitchen as it is, keep the items on the counter/fridge, and come back in the next day.
