It is actually very common for "Death of [name]" redirects to exist for people who are dead, especially when their death was due to something other than old age. Delete. WP:TOOSOON, given that the college football season is still months away. It's also quite unlikely that a specific date and time for the 2025 Gasparilla Bowl has already been announced (if someone has seen a press release, feel free to add a link to it) as the first press release with bowl scheduling typically comes out in the summer. In my view, bowl game articles (or redirects) should not be created prior to the season even starting; mid-to-late October seems much more reasonable.
