This redirect was recently retargeted to simple:Indo-European peoples, but I'm not sure that's the right call. The redirect was targeted to Proto-Indo-Europeans for several years, and I'm inclined to restore that as it seems to cover the same topic. Delete and salt. This page is a pointless redirect with no reason to be retained. It also has some history of incorrect draft submissions (1, 2, 3) and unconstructive editing (1, 2). Furthermore, all other single-letter redirects from the draft namespace have been deleted (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26), and all except Draft:C have been salted to prevent future recreations. Good research, but 'vampire steroid' seems to have been a tool for making headlines rather than anything else. I don't see any harm in keeping with the added mention though.   • Weak delete. As far as I can tell this name has been used once in web searchable literature: this 1957 paper. Otherwise it isn't listed as a synonym at PubChem or DrugBank. I don't think this can be listed as a valid synonym at 1-androstenediol and can be deleted for that. Though I don't think this redirect existing is particularly harmful, so, meh.
