• Keep. Google has patchy coverage this far back, so I am not surprised that it threw a blank. However, his brothers were William Kyffin-Taylor, 1st Baron Maenan and Gerald Kyffin-Taylor, so the Kyffin prefix appears to be a variant of the family name. It would have been helpful if the nominator had checked this as part of their WP:BEFORE, just by looking at the linked article on his father William Taylor (Archdeacon of Liverpool).

Keep and tag as {{r from hypernym}}. "Western leftism" is an extremely vague concept whose meaning is the combination of the literal meanings of its parts. It is not an idiom, whereas "baizuo" is: Western leftism (Chinese political jargon). Unless we can we can identify other idioms attaching to the phrase, this is the way.
