:::Heh, that was a little terse; sorry. The upshot is that it's probably not a good idea to create the article if it doesn't already exist. If Wikipedia does not have an article about your employer, there's a very good chance that it's because it's not notable enough for Wikipedia. If the article does exist, you're as free to edit it as anyone else, but you must be careful to maintain a [[WP:NPOV|neutral point of view]] at all times. Protocol question: articles about one's employer

I have a question about Wikipedia protocol. Is it acceptable, or for that matter wise, to create/edit pages about one's own employer? I looked but couldn't find any guidance on this. I did not have anything libellous in mind! Fayenatic london 21:17, 8 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]
