Henke was born in [[Columbus, Nebraska|Columbus]], [[Nebraska]]. He starred in ''[[October Road]]'' and in the movies ''[[Around June]]'' with [[Samaire Armstrong]] and [[Jon Gries]], ''[[The Amateurs]]'' with [[Jeff Bridges]] and [[Tim Blake Nelson]], ''[[World Trade Center (film)|World Trade Center]]'' as Allison's Brother with [[Nicolas Cage]], ''[[In the Valley of Elah]]'' with [[Tommy Lee Jones]] and [[Charlize Theron]], and ''[[Choke (film)|Choke]]'' as Denny, a reformed sex addict, along with [[Sam Rockwell]] as Victor and [[Anjelica Huston]] as Victor's mother. He also appeared in the films ''[[Sherrybaby]]'' with [[Maggie Gyllenhaal]], and ''[[Must Love Dogs]]'' starring [[Diane Lane]] and [[John Cusack]]. In addition, he played suspected serial killer Tony Tucci on season one of ''[[Dexter (TV series)|Dexter]]''. He played the recurring character Bram on ABC's ''[[Lost (TV series)|Lost]]'' and most recently, he played Coover Bennett on FX's ''[[Justified (TV series)|Justified]].'' Henke also appeared as Desi Piscatella on Netflix's [[Orange Is The New Black]].
