As of 19 November, over 14,000 Palestinians and Israelis have been killed including 48 journalists (43 Palestinian, 4 Israeli and 1 Lebanese) and over 100 UNRWA aid workers.[1][2] Over 13,000 Palestinians (the majority of whom were women and children) in the Gaza Strip were killed according to the Hamas-run Gaza Health Ministry.[3] A further 190 Palestinians were killed in the West Bank by Israel military and settlers.[4] Casualties have also occurred in other parts of Israel, southern Lebanon, and Syria.[5]
