Well, this project is about Battleships, Deadnoughts, and Battlecruisers, so they should be included. However, I’m not a part of OMT, just a fellow part of WPMH (from a up-and-coming incubator project at WP:ATWA), so if someone from inside OMT says otherwise, their word stands. They're in Phase V, which is sort of a grab-bag of related topics that don't fit elsewhere. The Kirovs have been discussed a number of times over the years, and consensus was to not include them, since they're not proper battlecruisers (and the appellation was more of a popular media thing).
