Every edit by Jamesson123 has been on an article on which recent edits made by the sockpuppeteer had been reverted. Almost every edit by Jamesson123 repeated either in whole or in part the reverted edits by the sockpuppeteer. The edits by the sockpuppeteer were made anonymously via IP addresses in a limited range. Almost all edits from that IP range over a considerable time have the hallmarks of the sockpuppeteer. There is no doubt whatever that the IP edits are by the sockpuppeteer: apart from similarities in the editing, in terms of which articles were edited, the types of edits made, etc, and repeating of edits by the sockpuppeteer which had been reverted, there is the fact that following a range block on the IP addresses used, two of the editors' blocked accounts suddenly came back out of dormancy to request unblocks, including one that had not edited for eight months: see Special:Contributions/089baby and Special:Contributions/Cvcv12. It is also striking that the new account was created a few hours after the end of a month-long range block on IP addresses used by the sockpuppeteer, which would have prevented account creation: see the block log.

Given that this account was registered over five years ago I'm less convinced that this is in fact a sock than previous ones. However, their recent edits are suspect enough merit an investigation IMO. First the timing is suspect. They returned to active editing after four years just days after major push to prevent IP edits from 089baby. For example, their edit to Cambodia national football team was the first after the page was semi-protected. Where's the evidence of socking? You need to supply at least some evidence of why you suspect sock puppetry. The least you need is diffs of edits that suggest the accounts are connected. Vaguely worded submissions, such as this one, will not be investigated. You need to actually show why your suspicion that the accounts are connected is reasonable. Both accounts have been used almost exclusively to create stub-bios on Cambodian footballers, and were registered during a particularly active period for 089baby (four confirmed socks in the last four weeks). Additionally, the use of multiple accounts with similar usernames is something 089baby has done on multiple occasions. I am adding Chan Davy to the investigation, for basically the same reason. They recreated the article on In Sodavid, which was also created by the same 089baby sock, and was deleted in the same afd as Keo Soksela. The timing is also suspect. Registering the account only a few hours after this investigation was opened makes it look like they may be hedging their bets against the Yun Raksa being blocked. The article was previously created by Khmerchampion (talk · contribs), the most recently blocked sockpuppet of 089baby. The editor went on to create two further articles on Keo Sok Sela, and Sor Piseth. They started all three articles as cut & paste copies of existing articles, something 089baby has done in the past, and the three articles on which they based the new ones, namely Um Vichet, In Sodavid, and Nen Sothearoth, were repeatedly created by 089baby socks. I'd like to check if a rangeblock of the 175.100.59.0/24 range is possible. The range is narrow enough that it's reasonable to assume that edits to the same topic area were made by the person. The range has been used to do the same sort of cut & paste page that 089baby has done recently. (Compare this and this to this). It's also been used to create drafts on some of 089baby's previously deleted articles (see Draft:Sun Vandeth, Draft:2017 Cambodian League and Draft:Befolo Mbarga). ChhenglyNightWind is inactive and probably doesn't need to be blocked. I'm including it here since since the evidence linking the IP to 089baby relies in part on the fact that this account is a 089baby sock. That being said, ChhenglyNightWind is an account with the same exclusive interest in football in Cambodia as 089baby, and with almost the same username as another 089baby sock. (See ChhenglyWindyNight (talk · contribs))

As for the IP, 089baby has edited from this range before (see the most recent entry in the case archive). The IP has created drafts on Cambodian football subjects, which appears to be 089baby's bread and butter these days. (See Draft:Visakha FC and Draft:2017 Cambodian Second League.) The latter of these is of particular note here, since its similar to the article on 2016 Cambodian Second League, created by ChhenglyNightWind.

In the last report in this case, I had requested studying the feasibility of blocking the 42.115.0.0/17 range. This was declined on the basis that the two particular IP's listed were inactive.   • Pink clock Awaiting administrative action - This is very interesting. 089baby has a huge intersection with PPC12 on editing space as well the draft connection pointed by the filer. PPC12 and Raksa Yun have demonstrably no connection at all, in editing space (the mobile edits, if you suppose) but has a CU connection; but again displays the exact same pattern as Yun Raksa (talk · contribs), who has been blocked as sock of 089baby. Now, drawing a line-by-line conclusion here, I can say it's safe to block both of the alleged sockpuppets as socks of the master, but not Dara Capitano, due to lack of evidence. It is just my guess, but some of the sockpuppets might be a part of a larger sockpuppet group and/or different sockmaster, as it is very varied at this point. Over the last few weeks, IP's in the 42.115.0.0/16, which 089baby has used in the past (see archived reports from April of last year), have edit warred with GiantSnowman to add unsourced stats to articles on Cambodian footballers. Both of these accounts have continued that edit war. (See pretty much any article edited by IlovePPCFC)
