Endorse close as clearly correct, but speedy restore to draft with a strong request that this goes via WP:AFC before being moved to articlespace. I'm not convinced this can be brought up to GNG standards, based on the applicant's scant details provided in this DRV statement and their contributions to the AfD, but no harm in allowing them to try. It can easily be renominated for AfD if it makes it back to mainspace and is still policy deficient. Daniel (talk) 01:06, 20 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
