Thanks @JBW. I think I followed all the issues you tell me. Jose Luis Blanco Vega died in 2005... since I do not see a COI here. I also have included more than 20 references that can be reviewed. I do not see any statements made that are not supported by a Reference. But, please tell me if you see something wrong and I will edit it right away. Thanks in advance
