The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

@Oscar .: Hello, I can't participate in the contest due to working on several drafts at once. However, I can add the content of a couple of books to the Santurce article later. BTW, I noticed that you created both this logo and the Latinos one as well... I have been trying to get one for the Puerto Rico WikiProject main page since the Cuban WikiProject debuted theirs, but we ended up with a different type of banner (the one on the top of this talk page) for some reason.
