This needs to explain his early life, involvement in KKK chapter, activities in the early 1960s. Was he investigated and prosecuted after the bombing? When was the cold case re-opened in the late 20th century, and by whom? This doesn't provide any background, or address earlier trial.Parkwells (talk) 15:10, 28 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]
