I have added the current definition of the EU regulation as it key information and its exclusion will likely raise questions as to exactly what definition the English whisky category currently follows. The article looks like it's heavily improved! I'm unable to do a full review at the moment as I'm currently a bit overloaded with uni work, but from a quick scan through I don't see any major issues popping out. However I do have a few recommendations:

I think the 'English Whisky GI' heading under 'Legal' may be unnecessary, as I can't find any difference between both sections. Might be more intuitive to remove the 'English Whisky GI' heading or to merge them. I also think the history section may have too many headings, specifically 'Origins and discontinuation' then having a separate 'origins' and 'discontinuation' heading within it.

However, the actual content of the article looks good, and the article is fine as-is, just something if you needed something! As mentioned I unfortunately wasn't able to complete a full review as I'm currently just popping on every few days to answer questions. Sorry about that! I'm happy to re-review when my workload quietens down.
