I have tried to make changes to this article to make it more understandable. My work is probably not ideal. Editors ,please feel free to make it better. I do not think I have left any detail out in the editing. I find the following sentence incomprehensible and I think something may have been left out of it:

            "In 1995, a public health scientist Dr. Smarajit Jana of AIIH&PH for Durbar Mahila Samanwaya Committee, sex worker's organisation which works for prevention of HIV/AIDS amongst its 65,000 sex workers."
