Will review this article this week. Thanks, 🍗TheNuggeteer🍗 (My "blotter") 10:53, 6 August 2025 (UTC)
Here are my comments:
Lead
- In Mercalli, link the scale.
- "a submarine landslide is suspected." what do you mean by this?
- More in the lead about the tsunami.
- For source 1, make the archived link the main.
Earthquake
- I suggest putting "tectonic setting" in a separate section before the earthquake description.
- I suggest that you change the time to match the source.
- Source 5 needs author and website (probably).
- Add website to source 2.
- There seems to be something wrong with the dash in the number of aftershocks; it needs to be changed.
- "140 km by 40 km" you can still use the convert template on this.
- The website of source 9 doesn't need to be capitalized.
- Add the date of Source 12.
- Please fix the abbreviation of the convert template.
- Link all instances of ResearchGate in the sources.
- Add the website of source 16.
- References 8 and 17 are duplicated.
Tsunami
- Link the first appearance of Maumere.
- Link the only appearance of Riangkroko.
- "Along other tsunami-hit locations" this needs fixing.
- Link Babi Island.
- "making nearly a quarter of the island's population" maybe change making to representing.
- There's something wrong with the link in source 8.
- Add website of source 19.
- References 16 and 19 are duplicated.
Aftermath and relief efforts
- I suggest you spell nineteen as a number.
- I suggest you reword "demolished" to "destroyed".
- Something is wrong with source 24. Please convert it and remove the sentence.
This is all I have to add. Thanks, 🍗TheNuggeteer🍗 (My "blotter") 23:44, 8 August 2025 (UTC)

- Some unfinished/wrong things:
- In Earthquake section: source 14 has url-status error; remove that parameter.
- I forgot to tell you this, but you need to use a date template for the sources (put it on the top of the article). You use the DMY format so you need to add (USE DMY dates).
- You fixed source 24, but the capitalization is still wrong.
- Here are all the things you missed (or I forgot, or you were confused). @Wildfireupdateman: pinging. Thanks,
🍗TheNuggeteer🍗 (My "blotter")10:07, 9 August 2025 (UTC)- Fixed all I think. Sorry for being kind of a pain, this is my first GAN. WFUM🔥🌪️ (talk) 15:18, 9 August 2025 (UTC)
- You're not a pain, this always happens. Everything looks good, passing.
