| Description |
"Two fragments of the much publicized controversial grocery slips which were found at the Carmel cottage of Kenneth G. Ormiston and the mysterious "Miss X." Printed in the newspapers, the prosecution thought they had matched the slips to Aimee Semple McPherson's handwriting traced to a telegraph log in Gila Bend, Arizona, at a time she claimed to have been held by kidnappers. Another woman, Gail X. Koontz was discovered to have signed the log. " |
