@Silver seren: Hi Silver! The leaderboard's going to be a monthly thing. That is, everything (should) reset back to an empty table once it hits February 1, 00:00 UTC, and update from there. I haven't considered manually keeping a monthly archive, mainly because it should all be accessible in the page history anyways. Looking through the page history might get annoying after a while, considering how often the bot updates the page. Moving the content to a subpage after the end of the month (for example, as January 2025) would be more convenient and accessible for perusing past months. Just a suggestion though. Dunno what happened, but it looks like the leaderboard isn't actually being updated every hour. The bot has made a null update for the past four hours, despite new article edits having been made in the meantime (at least in my case, I can't speak for others). @Silver seren: Thanks for telling me! Should be updating again normally. The bot itself is working fine, it's just the tracker the bot depends on stopped for some reason. There shouldn't be any loss of data, since it should start counting again from where it left off, but if you do notice it missing something, please let me know.

As for why this is happening, I honestly have no clue. It's actually happened quite a bit, so far. Toolforge shows the job as running normally, the occasional errors I get from the recent changes stream don't match up with the timeline, and there's nothing strange in the error logs. Just make sure to attribute it by putting something like this in the edit summary: Content in this edit is translated from the existing Japanese Wikipedia article at [[:ja:日立Astemo]]; see its history for attribution. The leaderboard appears to be duplicating certain diffs three separate times and thus is giving an inaccurate total number. It was only duplicating it twice yesterday, but now there appears to be third set. I should be at close to 200 diffs, but that jumped to 270 a couple days ago and now is at 330. In any case, issues with the count can almost always be traced back to the tracker, which shows that edits onwards from February 11 have been repeating once or twice.
