Within my first month or so of editing on Wikipedia, I made some contributions to the page Fibro-adipose vascular anomaly. I have three fibro-adipose vascular anomalies. I was unaware at the time of editing that this would constitute a COI. My major contributions to that article were are detailed on the talk page.
