Is 'Michele" the correct spelling? The Commonwealth Games site gives it as "Michelle Mary Brown (nee Mason)" and this is the more common spelling in Australia. See http://www.thecgf.com/games/athlete.asp and then dig for the 1958 games results in Athletics - Womens High Jump) as does http://www.olympic.org/ which renders her family name as "MASON-BROWN".
