I'm a 34 year old Wikipedian from Australia, and have been around since 2008. This was my staff account - which I used to segregate edits in my capacity as a fellow (ideas based on my research and so on).

As a fellow, I was focused on researching and improving the dispute resolution processes on the English Wikipedia. My end goal was to make dispute resolution a more streamlined, simple process, and grow the amount of volunteers that there are. You can read more about my work on this page.
