Saad Mohammad Jumaa Alayoubi (Arabic: سعد محمد جمعة الأيوبي;‎ 1916 – 19 August 1979)[1] was a Jordanian politician, writer and poet who served as the 17th Prime Minister of Jordan in 1967.[2][3]

Biography

Saad Jumaa' was born in Tafilah, Ottoman Empire, in 1916 to the family of Alayoubi of Damascene origin.[4]

Jumaa was a writer and intellectual. He completed his secondary education in Salt before pursuing a degree in law at Damascus University, from which he graduated in 1947.

Jumaa died on 19 August 1979 in London, United Kingdom.
