Since that just consists of slightly stylized Arabic-language text, it doesn't actually meet the copyright threshold for originality (though it could be and probably is trademarked). So, this could just be uploaded to Wikimedia Commons instead. On 1 January 2025, a one-month backlog drive for new pages patrol will begin in hopes of addressing the growing backlog.
