Hello, I Dream, we edited together many years back, and I remember you fondly. I am writing because a new editor you greeted in late 2025 appears to have posted an image from a magazine webpage to the Commons, and thereafter used it as a picture at a WP article (see last Talk entry at the Talk page just linked). The image and the WP article have been so tagged, but in case there is an explanation that would make all this upload and use compliant, I am calling your attention to the matter.
