1.43.1 is out

Wikidata is too much of a hassle so if anyone is experienced with it feel free to update the latest stable release in the infobox, I'd just replace the template there but of course that change would be reverted so I won't bother. The announcement is here. Tactica (talk) 03:01, 11 April 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Stable release displaying error

(1st time comment - I hope it's the right place, otherwise my apologies and please delete)

Public MediaWiki page showing error in "summary box" (?) on the right:

"Stable release 1.43.5 / 3 October 2025; 3 October 2025; Error: first parameter cannot be parsed as a date or time." Asmonymous (talk) 12:35, 18 October 2025 (UTC)[reply]

This is fixed now! Appreciate you flagging it. Doctorstrange617 (talk) 15:08, 23 October 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Ian Fishback

The Ian Fishback Wikipedia page in incorrect and portrays untrue comments regarding his death. Cornerstone AFC provided specialized residential services to Mr. Ian Fishback. In the article it states that the staff members at the home overmedicated Mr. Fishback. This is entirely untrue. Mr. Fishback was court ordered to be on the medications he was on. Direct Care Staff and AFC providers cannot go against court orders. Furthermore, the medication that was prescribed was an injectable medication called prolixin. This medication was a choice of Mr. Fishback himself. Additionally, the medication was administered by a local pharmacists and not the home staff as administering injectable medications such as prolixin does not all within the scope of Cornerstone AFC. Also, it must be noted that there was never a statement released by Cornerstone AFC regarding the limited ability to serve Mr. Fishback, his care was well within the scope of the organization as well as Pathways, this statement is false. All statements related to the medication concerns are untrue, supported by documentation and damaging to both Pathways as well as Cornerstone. ~2025-35336-39 (talk) 12:58, 21 November 2025 (UTC)[reply]
