Deutsch: Nach der Ernennung von Bundeskanzler Olaf Scholz am 8. Dezember 2021 ordnete dieser per Organisationserlass an, dass das Bundesministerium für Verkehr und digitale Infrastruktur die Bezeichnung Bundesministerium für Digitales und Verkehr erhält. Zugleich wurde dem BMDV die Zuständigkeit für Telekommunikation einschließlich der diesbezüglichen Fach- und Rechtsaufsicht über die Bundesnetzagentur sowie die Zuständigkeiten für die nationale, europäische und internationale Digitalpolitik ohne die Zuständigkeiten für Start-Ups übertragen.
