I determined a relationship between these accounts while looking at the revision history of Historical background of the Russo-Ukrainian War. You will see that Rampart inserts an uncited section about the Russian Civil War in one part of the article, and Karma comes later to do the same thing in a different section of the article. A cursory look at Rampart's edit history also shows substantial interaction at Draft:Jacques-Marie Vosté, which can only really indicate that abuse of multiple accounts is going on. As for what the purpose behind the abuse is, I have no idea, but no one wants sockpuppets running free in the ARBEE topic area. RGloucester — ☎ 14:18, 10 February 2022 (UTC)

Confirmed. I'm going to apply WP:AGF here and only block the master for a week. That's pretty much standard for first offenses, but what gives me pause is that Rampart5555's very first edit was to put a "Retired" banner on their user page, which looks to me like a deliberate attempt at deception. I get my AGF from a quality supplier, but even that has limits and this is pushing them. -- RoySmith (talk) 15:07, 10 February 2022 (UTC)
- Just noting for future reference that Karma1990 has stated on their talk page that Climacus2506 (talk · · contribs · deleted contribs · logs · filter log · block user · spi block · block log · CA · CheckUser(log) · investigate · cuwiki) is another one of their accounts. -- RoySmith (talk) 18:25, 10 February 2022 (UTC)
