per wp:STALEDRAFT. Article was copied to user's space soon after nominated for deletion (eventually deleted). No work has been done in an article at all in the month after it was copied to userspace. Tried asking user if this is an actual working draft but the only response was to add the draft tag CutOffTies (talk) 08:33, 10 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]
