I recommend merging the following three related articles (all stubs or starts) into a single article:

• Drafting dog
• Carting
• Dogcart (dog-drawn)

Weak support No strong opinion on the merge on its own merits. But I like the idea of freeing up carting for other purposes; and if the merge proposal fails I may propose a move for carting. I strongly suggest that if we do perform the merge we turn carting into a DAB that includes the dog cart-pulling article and Horse-drawn vehicle, since for most of the past 500+ years "carting" would have referred to hauling goods, usually in a vehicle (cart) drawn by horses. My editing in horse-drawn vehicle articles is how I even came across this topic. I agree that after merging the current content of Carting to Drafting dog that the redirect should point to Cart and maybe a new redirect be made for Carting (dog) pointing to Drafting dog.   ▶ I am Grorp ◀ 17:35, 9 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]
